SLUG,
At the SLUG meeting there seemed to be quite a few Ti
Powerbooks and older iBooks floating around. How successfully are folks
using Linux on these machines ?, and what type of distribution are you
running ? (eg. Mandrake PPC, Debian PPC, Yellow Dog)

Very successfully, although I do find myself booting OS X a lot, just
because they've done a terrific job with it.

I'm using debian/OS9 on an older iBook and iMac. It works fine for me. I
had a minor problem with software available for i386 but not for ppc.
It's a bit weird using function keys for right and centre mouse, but other
than that it's fine.

How far have you got with MoL?
This sounds like a killer app. to me. As I get the hang of iApples with
Debian I like them more and more.
