I like to use it myself but I think most CMS are limited in some way.  
But, your own imagination and some extra code can help.

I would have tried to point you at Drupal for this but just now Drupal 
6.2 is upon us.  Which is really good.  However, the modules that 
make it work are mostly for use with Drupal 5.xx.  Not much help just 
now.
