following some very worthwile suggestions from sluggers, I've installed Postfix
2.x, after few initial glitches of the 'where do I start?' as well as 'what do I
do with this' type, it all works very well, including anti-uce averaging 75%
REJECTs, and, so far, only one known false positive. So, thanks for the
suggestions and help !

but, perusing my postfix logs, I noticed some reject for my own domain name,
looking further, I see this:

one of the vhosts fwrds mail to a remote isp, the mail has @sbt.net.au sender;

why would a remote sendmail REJECT then ACCEPT 'sbt.net.au' as domain name ?

I've asked on a Postfix list, but was told 'you're rejected by sendmail, ask a
sendmail expert'

as there are some sendmail experts here....
