configured .asoundrc:

but when I try run mplayer -ao alsa:device=bluetooth...

This is caused by mplayer not keeping with audio decoding in time.
1. Make mplayer to use integer decoder, not floating point one.
2. Make mplayer to output on lower bitrate.
For mp3, try '-ac ffmp3 -af resample=22050'
