This introduces an additional [fsogsm] parameter which is supposed to
be set like this (with ip-up from the ppp package):
pdp_helper = /etc/ppp/ip-up
This allows for a clean integration with other services installed on a
typical system, e.g. resolvconf, ntp etc.

Very soon. Lara Marie brought us down by waking up in 1h, 1.5h
intervals all through the nights for 7 months in a row! The lack of
sleep was torture for us. All is fine now though as she just started to
sleep well
