[debian] libxklavier12

with every update libxklavier12 is installed and every run of apt-get or deborphan shows libxklavier12 as not required and recommends deinstallation. but with the next apt-get dist-upgrade it's there again ... does anybody have a clue, what's happening here and to get rid of that package?
