Hi,
I was on the KDE 4.2 release party in Zürich on Wednesday. Aaron Seigo was giving a talk on the new features, and it seems that they really are making something innovative there. Beside other things he talked about widgets that you can drag from your PC onto some smaller device. For instance you could control Amarok from that device then. However for such a thing to work the small device would have to run KDE too. Now I was wondering if someone out there has some experience of actually running KDE 4.2 on the freerunner. In the talk, Aaron said that KDE will automatically turn off any feature that would cost too many resources. But I am still not so sure whether it will actually work.
So if anyone would like to share his experience concerning KDE and the freerunner, that would be great. I will try to install it next week, I think.
/Andreas
