license for posixextra.vapi in misc-vapis

Hi, while packaging cornucopia/misc-vapis I noticed, that posixextra.vapi doesn't contain a copyright notice in the file header. Just to make sure - is this file also meant to be LGPL 2.1 like the others, or could it get also a copyright notice? Thanks Heiko ___
