but i remember having seen a tracker somewhere, that used a public account

Sorry to tell you, but we have decided to go the
new-tickets-only-registered
way. Daniel activated it yesterday. Hope that keeps the SPAM away.
i got a _lot_ of accounts already since everybody and his mum requires
login and i hate the idea to create another one ... have to ponder that
