Hello,
can anyone advise?
I'm trying to make a simple 'flicker' film in FinalCut, to affect brain
frequencies (as one does). One white frame , one black frame, but am limited to
24 frames per second, so just 12 flashes. Is there any way i could increase the
flash rate?.
