Hi Sam, Yep it¹s still in it¹s correct folder and the user is local. I just tired this from a forum: 1. Make a copy of your Microsoft office identities folder from your local user folder that contains your identity for Entourage. Just do a quick option copy to somewhere else. 2. Find the Entourage
