That's a 16% increase in price overnight, I doubt it'll help sales much

If you've got a Time Machine backup that's up to date, that's fine, just boot
from your OS X installer DVD and select "Restore from Time Machine Backup" from
the Utilities menu.
A cloned drive is a good method of providing an easy snapshot to restore your

I have looked at SuperDuper.
I don't reall want to attach another large drive to my iMac (Firewire or other)
nor do I want to go any from Fat32( because alll of the other system I use)
Is there any other method of cloning?
On the PCs' we use acronis for cloning but there does nor seem to be a Mac
Parallels works fine under 10.7 GoldMaster - added to that, an update for
Parallels was released last night. I've installed it and Parallels still works
with Lion.
Having said all of that, a full clone before any major installation is an
absolute no-brainer!

Your best bet is to hold fire with the upgrade or make a full clone of your
drive first with SuperDuper so that you can revert if Parallels doesn't work.

Depends what email program you're using and wether it's web-based or an
application. If it's web based you click on Attach (somewhere on the page) then
follow the instructions. if it's an application (ie an icon you click on in
