Hi Ben, OS10.6. It stopped working when I upgraded as it relied on Appletalk which disappeared with SL. An email conversation produced those settings (via the menu panel on the printer) and it has been working ever since. Very pleased as I had just boought a new toner cartridge. Regards John

Hi John, We don't have any issues with the network setting, we can see the printer, and can print to it from machines running older OS; as far as I know the issue is with Snow Leopard (and I guess Lion) and Windows 7 (and I guess 8) drivers not supporting it. What OS are you using with it?

Perfectly good low-mileage laser printer: GCC Technologies Elite 12PPM. ... but not compatible with Snow Leopard (I think it is with Leopard, with some extra effort, but won't swear to it) or with Windows 7. Available for collection from central Brighton, please let me know if interested.
