iPhones and how to find out what is using it and how to minimise the data
use. Sounds like what you are asking.

It all depends which model, I don't think it's possible to just replace the
screen on the post 2010 models, you need to replace the entire display assembly.
It'll probably be around £200 all in, going on a service advertised on eBay.
