I haven't seen it on a Mac running 10.9.2 but that doesn't mean it isn't still
happening. The SMB bugs in 10.9.2 make it a disastrous release for my clients.
Roll on 10.9.3!

Keychain in mavericks is very similar to 1Password. Before Mavericks, your
keychain held all your system/safari passwords etc per computer and didn't
synchronise them anywhere, so you could say that the built in functionality

I believe it has been fixed. It hasn't happened to me for quite a while,
although I can't honestly synchronise it with an OSX update.
