Hi Phil Sounds like the sparsebundle that TM backs up to hasn't been closed off or is corrupt. This might take a while but try it : Mount the WD share as a volume on your Mac's desktop, find the sparsebundle file that TM backs up to Open Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility > drag the spars
