As an aside, for keeping & using recipes, Paprika is great - very clever - meal planners, shopping lists, scaling of quantities, built-in timers and more. Dead handy. The reason it came to mind is because it disables screen switching off (or it’s an option in Paprika) whilst in use so the recipe
