not think it is the same as it
used to be - at least in Currys/Dixons in LHR T3, last time I was there
(November) they did not offer Duty Free prices.

Seems to have changed since a few months ago. Looks like you need to find out
the telephone number for the store in the terminal you're flying from and call
them for a quote. Seems very laborious.
