Ah, in that case, you don’t have a valid Office license I’m afraid. The product key would be for Office For Mac, 2004 Student Edition, so wouldn’t be valid for Office365 or any other version of office. You can sign up for a Microsoft account which gives you access to the browser-based versions

Try removing the Microsoft User Data folder in the Documents folder, that's where the library is kept. You'll lose any emails set up in outlook though. Just to check have you tried opening outlook holding down alt? That will allow you to rebuild the office database. Regards Sam -- MacAmbulanc
