I would recommend 5quidhost.co.uk too: terrible name but very helpful and quick email support and good value. They even have a free account (with a MySQL database) which can easily be used upgraded if you need more space. Unfortunately they do not do domain names. I use daily.co.uk at the moment

Best idea would be : Bluehost.com : they offer unlimited storage & domains for $7 a month. They won't register a .co.uk domain but you can register it elsewhere and point the domain's nameservers to bluehost Google Apps : they offer 10 users per domain, each with 8GB of online storage for emai
