No, uddi4j does not ship with its own copy of Apache SOAP.
I obtained it separatly from http://cvs.apache.org/dist/soap/nightly/ . I
downloaded it on December, 5th. I think the latest nightly build was from
2003-09-09.
I have to use the nightly build, because of https over authenticating proxy.
