Try the helicopter chassis manufacturers, They throw away or sell the 1/8" carbon plate "holes" from CNC routing the Heli frames. I usually grab a bag or two every RAM show and it lasts me all year. Better than phenolic, which may be available at your local radio shack. John Derstine -Original

I glue polycarbonate all the time for my scrollsanders. I have found that certain types of CA glues will work just fine. Infact I have been using my scrollsader ends for control horns for over 4 years with great success. First, odor fee CA deos not work. Super thin CA from NHP has some thinning
