Used Litco Alpha 4. $275 Quite possibly the rarest and most coveted battery charger on earth! OK maybe not, but they are damn hard to get. If you don't want to wait until July 10th for the order list to open again (last time I believe it was open for 12 Minutes) This is your chance! If you

Look in the local phone book under printers or surveying equipment. Custom maps are often plotted from autocad drawings and some surveying suppliers have a plotter in the back room that they'll do small jobs with. Architectural illustrators are also usually set up for autocad. Actually AutoCad

[RCSE] LSF 8 hours? Anyone flown longer?

2003-03-03 Thread Jerry Krainock
I've timed several 8 hr LSF slope flights and 1 flight over 8 hours that was Thermals. Gary Itner did it about 20 years ago with his 16', 3 ch. XC sailplane. There have been longer slope flights but no one has done more than 8 hours in thermals in this country with the possible exception of

Rise off the asphalt, glad I missed that. Did have to land on asphalt once (Santa Rosa)- really tore up the ply skid/towhook. I learned using a piece of rug. But not for long - within a few months, all were releasing by hand. Regis --- In [EMAIL PROTECTED], Chris Adams [EMAIL PROTECTED]

For those who have setup a Jaro Muller electric Escape, what servos have you used for the V-Tail? The only ones I've got that will fit are JR281 (digital version of the 241) and the Hitec 5125 thin wing servos. I'd just a soon use the Hitecs but I'm concerne that they are fairly heavy (.84 oz

Fellas, Several Days ago, I had refered to Mr. Ray Hayes's claim to creating The LSF Club Coordinator Program as Bogus. Certain documentation has been provided, that I had forgot about, that clearly designates him as the originator of the program's basic ideas. I did implement the program in its
