ailerons. This plane has only stock servos for all control surfaces with
the large servo arms on most of the control surfaces including the
elevator. We were intending to use the plane as tow plane for 2 to 3 meter

I witnessed some very interesting soaring birds on my recent vacation to
Cancun. These birds never flapped unless they were chasing a sea
gull. They reminded me of the Bid Bird sailplane, I guess the original
designer decided to copy these birds.
Anyone know the name of these birds?

Steve,
I was using a 9 oz. rod that the previous owner supplied when I purchased
the airplane. Part of how I discovered the stripped blind nut was I am
replacing the original ballast system to the one I use on my other
sailplanes. When checking the CG I discovered the stripped nut.

Just received a fuselage pod and tail mount from Bud Elder, for a Drela

If you're considering the Bubble Dancer or Allegro, consider him for
these parts - for what he charged me, it wouldn't have been worth doing
myself, even if I could

Multiply that number by 9
If the number is a 2-digit number,

Nuthin to know about RES..You just launch your Ava and it heads straight
for the nearest thermal..If there are none it just floats around for 10 minutes
looking for one..(smile)..I have a friend named Buddy that launched his Ava, set
his transmitter down, and never touched it for 12 minutes..
