Just blew up a wing on my Chicago Style. Wondering if anyone has a set
of wings for this glider. Particularly if the spoiler bay stops somewhat
short of the end of the spar tube instead of extending past it. The wing
failed about 2/3 of the way out, at the end of the spoiler bay.
Thanks,
Linc
The German F3K Open is currently going on *right now* and a good group
of handlaunch pilots from the US are over in Munich battling it out.
Right now, Oleg Golovidov and Phil Barnes are 6th and 9th after 9
rounds. Heavy hitters Paul Anderson and Louisville's own Bruce Davidson
are in 19th and

Sigh...Just me bein' selfish I guess. Not bad-mouthin' 2M, however, 2 days
of RES definitely WOULD give ME more flying time .
I agree that 2M is challenging based on my observations at the NATs ('cause
I don't fly a 2M), but more challenging than F3B??? I don't know 'bout that

pastime. Seriously, after being the CD of the 2 meter event for the past
two years, may I offer this observation: It is probably the most
challenging event (sorry, F3B or F3J fans) that is currently flown at
There you go again, bad mouthing 2 meter. 2 meter registration is up too
you know. :-)
Lets do two days for each... six days of flying is even better.

hi,
think I have a solution for you guys on the 2 meter thing.
replace the 2 days of 2 meter with 2 days of horse shoes.
entrees would probably go up, and the guy with the concession trailer
could sell beer.
EVERYBODY WINS! :-)
wish i could go, you guys have fun.
looking forward to hear about i
Not an R/C Soaring topic. but interesting robotics technology.
Imagine some of this will overlap into future suspension systems - naturally
tires or mini roller treads taking the place of each hoof. I especially
like it when the guy kicks the device from the side and it recovers - may
