I don't know if it will work on reflective tape but I have had good luck with a heat gun removing any type of tape.  I had to get the Trick RC hinge tape off one of my Zagis, their tape goes bad.  The heat gun  got the tape off but not the glue.  I tried several solvents on the glue and foun
