But the product support has been terrific so far, and people are loving it once they get the Tx set up and calibrated, etc. See my thread at: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=581117 and the new FAQ at: http://www.inertiasoft.com/fsonefaq/ All new products have some problems when exposed to people and especially to computers in all their various setups. Adding the ability to hook up many different transmitters, including computer transmitters, adds a whole nother dimension to the challenge.
