There were seveal postings about how to get Mylar (trade name for 
Dupont PET) to take a set other than the flat sheet that it comes 
in.  This material goes through a transition from a glassy state 
(stiff) to a rubbery state at 82 deg C (180 deg F).  Wrap the stiff 
PET around something that has the radius of what you need that can 
take the temperature.  Get the Mylar above that temperature and allow 
it to cool while still in that shape.  It will hold that radius when 
it gets back to the glassy state.  There are many packages, bottles  
and objects thermoformed or molded in this way.
