For those of you interested in more information about the proposed waste treatment plant threatening the 60 Acres Park, please follow the link below to the Seattle Times story. The Times sent a reporter and photographer to 60 Acres last Sunday to watch SASS members fly and learn what the fuss is about. Sherman Knight subsequently met with the reporter for three hours to discuss the proposed plant and its impacts. As it turns out, with the plant's boondoggle economics, this is turning into more of a hard news story than first expected.
