After careful scrutiny of his voucher, it gives me great pleasure to
announce that Merrill Brady is officially the League of Silent Flight's
116th Level V. Please join the officers of the LSF in congratulating
Merrill on his achievement. A side note - it looks like this month may be
somewhat historical for the number of new Level V's!!
