For what its worth, anyone looking to buy an RES ship should check the rules of the contests in the area they will be flying in (assuming they are interested in competing). Here in southern California most of the RES contests I've seen and flown in require built up wings, specifically, NO FOAM. Indeed only one of 5 contests here that I know of has allowed foam wings. All the others require built up wood wings, tho carbon reinforcement is allowed as are glass fuselages. Just thought I through in something else to consider in choosing a design.
