Its obvious you have a bad signal wire connection on that servo. When its touching the servo works, when it isn't the servo is still powered and goes the wrong way...or doesn't move at all. Its unlikely the servo has a problem, very likely you have a cold solder joint in your harness or just a loose socket in the plug.
