[RCSE] EPP floaters (?)

I'm thinkiing of getting a floater for my nephew this summer. Normally I think WindStar or Gentle Lady, but now I'm seeing EPP floaters with DiHedtral. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and venture a guess that the EPP floaters don't float as well as the built ups, trading off durability for
