Mark,
I forgot about that part.  It was really dumb (or nasty) of Fred if he did actually 
know.  He started advertising months before he even had a product to sell.  I don't 
think it would hurt either party if one changed the name.   I know Jerry came up with 
the use of the name first, but Zagi is such a unique name I would like to see Joe or 
Jerry call theirs the Zagi Super-R or something.  I actually keep forgetting about it 
and passed it over when I saw it wasn't a Zagi.  None of the guys out here talk about 
the Razor, just about the Zagi.   Razor is too generic.
