Just had to thank Mike Mayberry at Hitec. About a 2 weeks ago a friend posted to the list about needing the control arm screw size for some Hitec metal geared servos. He had misplaced/lost the screws while the servos were laying around waiting to find a home in another airplane. Now that he had the airplane the screws were nowhere to be found.
I took it upon myself to e-mail Hitec and ask them what the size of these screws were so that my friend could locate some as replacements. Well Mike Mayberry e-mailed me back and said if I was in the Con.US he'd send out a few , no charge. I received the screws about a week after sending my address to him. I know these little screws cost them next to nothing, the postage cost WWAAAYYYY more, but this is the kind of Customer Service that keeps people coming back.
