Contrary to my proclamation that "Monday is April
1st," today is not April 1. After hearing form those more
informed, I have now joined the rest of the world in accepting that tomorrow,
Tuesday, is April 1st, which is the first day that your entry form for the IHLGF
2003 should be postmarked.
If you decided to err on the side of caution and mailed your
entry today (March 31st) your entry will be accepted. I apologize for any
confusion I may have created in trying to rewrite the Gregorian
Calander.
