DON'T use Rustolium!! It stays sticky and seems to never dry.
Go to Walmart. They have a much better selection of Krylon than Lowes anyway.

Do not use the small cans of Hobby paint from Krylon... I've found the
stuff to be junk. The regular Krylon in the large cans however works very well.
My recommendation is to lightly mist a couple of coats on the entire bottom
of the wing with flat black. No need to get a solid black colo
Please reply just to be sure with a number off the side of the can.
I have managed to make every possible mistake in the book this winter and
want things as specific as possible.
