Just a quick follow up
If you do one of these ships, check the measurements of your printed
plans against the specs on the plan. Mine was indeed printing wrong,
Adobe's defaults had changed the chord and the span: 8" was more like
7.5", 30" was 28.5".

The ribs are "too long" because they are intended to be
custom-trimmed to match your rib notches in the TE strip.

The ribs were intentionally made long so feel free to
cut them off. This goes for the Bubble Dancer parts
also.
