I will bear witness to the fact that Rich is very agressive on his launches. When he says he pulses the winch, that's a few taps about half way up. Other than that, he's on the pedal. He's flying a stylus - so you can bet he's got pre-set. His Majestic goes up at a very steep angle. In the last contest, I found myself kiting my Victory and pulling line off the winch (it was blowing pretty good and I had a free pop-off if needed) in an effort to keep up with his incredible launches. The guy is an animal. If I had a Majestic, I'd want it to be JUST like his. BTW One flight, Rich managed a perfect time and a 99 landing (AMA tape). That's hard to compete with. Rich is becoming a very accomplished pilot. ----- Original Message ----- From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Thursday, November 02, 2000 3:02 PM Subject: Re: [RCSE] Launching my Majestic > I tend to launch my Majestic on the aggressive side.
