I agree, I think XPS is at a crossroad as a company. The company needs to decide if they want to be a player in this space or continue down the path of poor customer service (and you know the result). Rumors have them being purchased by a larger company...Rumor also has it that they are changing their design and will begin to offer diversity antennas to help with some of the reception issues. Oh well, only time will tell..
