 I am thinking VERY seriously about making the tips and the 
tail/rudder/stabilator with laminated outlines and very soft/light wood.  But 
then I am scratch building from the original plans from RCM (all yellow and 
taped together!)  It shows the narrow fuse bulkheads and all.  I have no 
trouble with the rubber band on wing, use a bit of 1/64 ply as a "guard" over 
the wing slot.  the spoilers may or may not appear on MY BOT.  I personally 
do not consider the lack to be a "flaw" so much as a preference.  Spot 
landings are an experience thing, though spoilers do help!  They also help in 
escaping thermals!  But how to rig easily in that thin wing?  good problem.
