The magazine article advises that the CG is 3 5/8 to 3 3/4 behind the
LE. I would start with the CG in the middle of the spar before moving
it rearward. The rudder throw is 1 1/2 each way and the elevator is
3/8 up and 3/8 down

Bill, I have a friend that has a kit that has been sitting around for
some time. He now has decided to build it. But have missed placed the
instructions and plans. Wondering if I could talk you into making a
copy of the plans( I would pay for involved costs) and a copy of that
