found a fix that worked for me.
i took the shoulder of the brass horn, it was hitting on the clevis.
removed the jam nut to lower the horn a little and that gave me some
advantage.
i'll try some loctite to secure the horn for now.
those silicone hinges have alot of resistance to them
You can cut sections of the silicone out to make a sort of dashed line out
of the silicone. This will help. gv
