Brian,
I do some cutting of holographic mylar films (Sky Sheen) for a local supplier. I
have learned that application is best if you
rough the application area with 00 steel wool, clean the area with alcohol, and
minimize touching of the adhesive prior to
application. Hope this helps.

I have bought several different types of Sky Sheen from different places,
but have had the same problem with them all.
I like for my Sheen to actually be on the leading edge, not just on top of
