OK I got this tranny brand new from Tim Renaud...lots of years ago. Slope trash...not ever once stored in a cute box. Its been to lots of far away places. Gordy used it once at tick point. WCx4 stole it once for a week...fair and square. Joe touched it. Larry dropped it. (he won't remember)
Abused, rewired, parts removed (to reduce weight). The silver chrome finish has long ago worn off. It is ugly. I don't think I have ever seen a mitter that looked so beat up. BUT it has never crapped out and will on all accounts most likely keep on working for another 15 years. It needs new batteries. So who is going to step up and buy this national treasure.
