    Your problem sounds like a different one from the one that Jim described. 
I would guess that it is a little cool where you are working and that you did 
not use any type of hot box or anything other than room temperature. If I am 
right that Epoxy can cure for two weeks and not be cured. It must go through 
the exothermal process or it will never cure. Also if you have a slight off 
balance of mixture it can also cause problems. Mylar will bond until the 
Epoxy is completely cured and then it will release very easy. I am only 
offering helpful suggestions as we all have had trouble at one time or 
another. And we can learn from all of our mistakes if we share the 
information. Let me know if I am close on my guess. If you want any info. on
