I use 123 cells and they are great for sport flying. You can charge them up at up to 40 amps.. YES 40 amps with a zip wire... I use 2 deep cycle 12v battery's in series with 8ft of lamp cord to charge 6cell packs in 10 - 12 min. They actually get better over time and seem to like being

Hi Dave, I have three Electric tow planes... The first one my brother Scott Allen uses.. Its a Hanger 9 Super Cub that they don;t make anymore... Axi 4330 9s3p thunder-power packs turning a 20/6/8 prop. weighing in at around 18 pounds... But I'm going to convert it to a Axi 4345/18 with 12s
