An auto body paint and supply place would be my first guess. Prep Sol is a
Dupont brand I believe, PPG is another brand but I'm not sure what their
equivalent is (DX 330 or DX 380 might be close).

All that I did when I preped my Heat Seeker and Sagitta 900 fuselage was to wash it with soap and water.
