Word of caution - do not over torque nylon bolts.  Easy to do (from
experience).  They will fail.   Regis

Can't give you any hard numbers, but by way of example: Mark Drela's Allegro
Lite, 2 M built-up sailplane with a strong winch-proof 3-piece wing, uses
two 10-32 nylon bolts in the center.  Thread into captive nylon nuts.
