Did you winch or highstart launch? Winch - works best if you really lay into it. You'd need to back off on the launch settings for the hi-start. Is your CG at spec? Yes - it's very neutral. What battery size? 600mAH - AE cells Your suggestion to move the towhook aft is a good one.
